Problem Statement: How can AI make life easier and more profitable for GroMo's field agents?

Solutions Built

AgentOS: A real-time AI copilot for agents that helps during live customer calls by transcribing conversations instantly and analyzing the sales interaction on the fly. As the agent speaks to a customer, AgentOS shows a live text transcription, detects objections or hesitation, and displays visual cues.

Advanced AI Training Platform: An immersive training environment uses AI avatars to simulate customer conversations. Speech analysis (via Sarvam AI for multiple languages) evaluates pace, tone, and filler words, providing real-time coaching. Personalized learning paths adapt to each GP's skills and gaps, while scenario-based simulations cover sales conversations across financial products. Eleven Labs powers multilingual voice feedback.

Hyper-Personalized Product Recommendation: Suggests the top 2–3 products based on the detected persona, recommending the products that the agent is most likely to sell easily.
